Every once in a while I do and complete backup to my computer via iTunes. I had to make it secure so it keeps all of my Health data as non-secured back-ups do not include this data.

My problem is that I do not remember the password for this secured data. Not trying to restore but when I do another back up it will not allow unless I put in the back up passcode. If I try to uncheck the secured box it STILL requires the passcode.

How do I get rid of the secured backup so I can make another of which I will remember the code.

Help if you can. Thanks

Remove the backup by accessing iTunes preferences (Cmd+comma), go to the Devices tab, select the pertinent backup and trash it.
