Question about selling Xbox one

I want to sell my xbox one and o have a game that was redeemed and loaded. Is there a way to remove all my info but keep the redeemed game?

Go into settings to restore it to factory. Your purchase is tied to your XBox Live account and can redownload any time.

There is no way to sell it with the game still installed unless your left your info on there.

it wasn't a purchase .. it was a voucher that came with the xbox one
