Question about signing in Sunrise Calendar

Hi, just installed the app. It asked me to sign in FB, Google or Email. I don't know which is the appropriate one to use. If I use FB, does that mean the app will sync with FB events I plan to attend? If I sign in my google account, does that mean it sync the calendar on my iPhone with google calendar (both online and on my android phones)? If I sign in via the email account I use for Apple ID, it sync with the calendar on my Mac?
