I have a few heart issues including bradycardia and Bradyarrhythmia, my heart rate is normally 40 to 45 bpm. When it goes below 40 bpm I usually pass out

I use cardiogram and heartwatch to monitor my heart rate and it usually marks me asleep during the day I’m guessing due to my heart rate.

I use sleepwatch and also have sleep++ and autosleep installed

Last night I mixed up my meds and took a double dose of one of my anti-seizure meds and 0 ambien I was up all night and I know this because I can recall all the late night tv programming I watched and heard my Apple Watch low heart rate notification go off 4 times. yet my sleep tracking apps all said I had 2 hours of sleep

Based on observation it looks like the apps base sleeping a activity mostly on heart rate measurements. Is there any good sleep tracking apps that let you adjust the heart rate threshold to be listed as asleep? My cardiologist is still deciding if I need a pacemaker
