Edit: Ignore, I jumped the gun on this, the data appeared after my usual wake up time had passed.
Does anyone know how I get sleep tracking to work outside of my scheduled sleep/alarm time. I fancied an earlier night that normal last night so I went to sleep about 2-3 hours before my scheduled sleep time. I set sleep mode active from the control centre on my watch, woke up naturally a couple of hours before my alarm so I turned off sleep mode and chose to skip my alarm. I was disappointed to see that none of my sleep data has been logged in the health app at all.
Did I do something wrong? do we really need to completely edit the sleep schedule settings each time we go To sleep at a different times? What’s the point of having the manually sleep mode toggle in the control centre if it doesn’t log your data when you activate it?
