Question about Speck's 30 day return policy

If I decide that I don't want my candyshell from them two weeks from now can I still return it? Does it matter if it has scratches on the back?

i brought mine back because it was scratching.

for 37 dollars i expected it to withstand very light use. Thing looked like i had been using it for a year already after a few days.
