Hello,

I have the 3G and is planning on getting 4, I was wondering is there a way on iTunes where I would be able to switch phones (and by that everything would be transfered contacts, sms etc...).

Any help would be appreciated.

When you get your new phone, and connect it to iTunes, you will be given the choice to set up as new, or restore the backup from the 3g.

What happens to the stuff on the 3g? will they remain there? What if I want to sell my phone etc...?

Thanks

That depends on what you want to happen to it.

If I was gonna sell the phone, I would probably do a "Restore As New", in iTunes, to erase all the data, and set it up like a new phone. Make sure you don't erase it or restore as new before you set up your new one though.
