Question about sync ipad first time

This is my first ipad. And may be a silly question. I am so excited Apple got already one more big junk of my money at the iTunes store loading apps.
What I want to know the Apps which are iphone/pad do thye they sync automatically (with the right settings of course)

Depends if the Check Box is checked for them. At first I think all will if you dont Un-check them.
