Question About Terminal!

Brand new here to the forum and I have a question that will hopefully be answered!

I just opened up terminal to change some Safari preferences, and I noticed something odd:

What is the significance of "keflavik"? I don't ever remember seeing that before, nor can I remember what it used to say.

Any ideas?

I think that is the name of your computer.

Is that your computer name? That's what mine shows.

You can change it by going to System Preferences > Sharing ...

I checked my computer name in the sharing tab in system prefs and it says my computer name is "jordan" so I'm not sure that's the issues...

Also, it says jorban, not jordan.

I'm guessing that that might be the network name or something, like if you are part of a LAN either at home at or school/work or something? That might be the "host".

Mine show's my computer name followed by user... maybe try logging in/out, and be sure nothing somehow got changed?
