I've posted a thread awhile back ago asking about a family plan where my family can go for 2 iphone 3g's and 2 regular phones for about $150 a month. Now, this friday, my parents will be going to the AT&T store to start a family plan (we're switching over from Sprint). Now, I'm pretty sure that I worked out having 2 Iphones and 2 regular phones on a 700 minute plan would make it so that we could do $150 a month (unless somehow there are some hidden costs and such).
Anyways, to what I want to ask. I was reading somewhere, that on the very first bill you get as an AT&T customer, you get charged for the first month, but also the second? Meaning, in essence, when we get our first bill, we'll have to pay $300 or so? Or how does this work?

The first bill is for the past month and the next month. Each bill from then on will be next month plus any overages or special charges for the last month.
