Question about the earphones that come with the iPhone 4?

I have been having trouble with the earphones that come with the iphone 4. The microphone part on the earphones has been giving me trouble. I have the 2 year applecare warranty and was wondering if apple would replace them under my warranty, I know warranty the phone but do they warranty the accessories that come with it? Anyone try to get earphone replacements for defective ones? Thanks

yeah they will they've replaced earphones that Ive had since my 3GS just last week

They should do. Even if they don't, they go for literally peanuts on eBay.
Maybe you should consider getting a better pair? I've always found the Apple ones to be really uncomfortable and the quality is horrible.
