Question about the education pricing?

So if I buy a MacBook pro 13" during the summer, I get a hundred dollars off AND a free iPod touch or do they drop the 100$ off and just give out a free iPod???

You get the discount for whatever model you're purchasing plus the free iPod. You still have to purchase the iPod outright and get the refund via rebate in the mail.

It's a free 8GB iPod Touch. If you sell it, you'll get ~180-190 I'd imagine.
