I got a new MBP 2012 non retina display

I'm looking to have dual Monitors when the laptop is close but i only have one thunderbolt port. can i buy a splitter or something?

Also

I have a A/c adapter to a MBP(had aluminum key) from 2007 i think. Could use on my new MBP non retina?

Thanks

If you are using Apple displays you are able to daisy chain the displays; however because of the ability to daisy chain, I see no reason why a manufacture could not provide a hub of some kind.
