When it comes time to preorder the phone I know it asks for all your account crudentials(on Apple website) if you're buying the phone with a new contract.
Does anyone remember from last year if when you go to preorder and you want to buy the phone outright, can you do that without inputting any account information since there will be no contract attatched?
I bought the white iPhone the day it came out a few months ago with a new contract, so I'm not elligible for an upgrade yet so I'm paying full price for it the 4S.
