iPhone Question about unlocking a 6.1.2 JB IP5

I have an iP5 that is jail-broken running iOS 6.1.2

Now my question: what do I need to to to UNLOCK this phone without having to deal with ATT or Apple? Is there a 'free' unlock offered anywhere?

There is no free unlock. I'm not sure if it's still out there but there are eBay unlocking services and they cost around $5-10 and it'll be factory unlocked

No jb hack available that will unlock an i5.
If its an AT&T iphone I'd spend the $2 and get a factory IMEI unlock from swiftunlocks.
