Question about unlocking and switching carriers

I have sprint currently and have had loads of issues with them. If I used unlock fusion or some service like that to unlock my sprint iPhone 5, would I be able to activate it on Verizon?

The Sprint iPhone 5 can only be unlocked for International use only.

No.
Only on Sprint or any gsm carrier OUTSIDE of the US.
No other carrier in the US.
