Ok so I just bought the new iphone 3G and my sister wants my old iphone. I was just going to put her sim card into my old iphone but I don't know if AT&T will charge her for using the internet and stuff. What I want to know is if i unlock the phone with ziphone or something else if she can use my old iphone without additional charges?

You'll need to disallow data access to and from the SIM to prevent all data usage. This can be set up with the carrier.
