Hi everybody,

I recently bought 2 x 2gb sticks ram to my MBP from April 08'.

Well now, I really can't feel that big difference going from 2GB to 4GB.
I even tried Call of Duty 2 Demo, before the switch and it's still quite lacky.

I don't know much about RAM, but here is some information about the sticks:
Memory 2 GB SO DIMM 200-pin DDR2 667 MHz / PC2-5300 Kingston Apple

They costed me about 60$ for them both, and thats quite cheap I thought.

Thanks for your time!

Why did you feel the need to upgrade in the first place? What types of tasks do you do. Did you have page outs with only 2GB of RAM?

I'm photoshopping with really big pictures on my MacBook Pro. I'm a sort of Photographer, so we talk about big raw-files.

It's got a little faster, yup, but not as fast as you could expect, if you know what I mean.

I think you're lacking processor or video card if your upgrade in RAM didn't seem to do much, then it means it wasn't low..
