I bought a iPhone 4 16gb in November because my iphone 3g "died". I was wondering if I could by a iphone 4 32 gb from amazon/ebay and use my sim card from 16gb version on the 32gb version? My carrier is AT&T. Is this possible. What would I need to do to get all my data/information to the new phone? Thanks in advance!

yes you can. just back up your current iphone, then with the new one, restore from back up.

Regarding sim card, no. The iPhone 4 uses a micro sim card and you would have to go to an AT&T store to ask for a new sim card, it's free and takes a few minutes (and they normally don't ask why)

Regarding the new phone, Just restore your new iPhone from the last back-up you have available and you'll be good to go.

I already have a micro sim card. I bought the iphone 4 16gb from AT&T. Does the iphone 4 16gb use the same sim card at the 32gb version?

Another question? Does it matter if i'm still in a 2yr contract? Would all i need to do is replace the sim card?? Thanks!
