Hi I thought of going over to best buy and preordering but what I wanted to know is how many are they letting you get at once and one of my phones is able to be upgraded the other one is only able to be early upgraded for the price of 399 so would i be able to do that at best buy for the early upgrade or do i have to go to a att store?
