What is the difference between the Leopard Retail DVD and my System DVDs in terms of what apps come with them? I know iLife is only available on my System Disks, but as I have iLife 08 discs, I can install that separately. What other apps will be missing from the Leopard DVD? I really just want to do a clean install from the Leopard disc, no upgrade or archive and install. I just feel that a new OS should deserve a clean slate.

Just do a clean install of Leopard, then pop in your System DVD and open the app called install bundled software.

Not a whole lot. iLife, maybe Office for Mac trial software, but thats about it.

iLife demo, I hope you mean. iLife doesn't come with Leopard, but they might pop in a trial disk for iLife '08 (and probably iWork '08) in the box.
