Say I type something wrong, for example "arstronaut". Word sees this as incorrect and the first word it suggests is "astronaut"

I can keep doing this manually, or I can add this pair and save it in Word's auto-correct options. However, is there an option for Word to automatically fix mistakes with its first, default suggestion?

I don't want to keep having to give manual input each time, especially since its first suggestion is right more often than not.

So what I want is as follows:
I type in "clumst" ... hit spacebar... Word automatically changes it to "clumsy" without me having to do anything at all
