question about Word

i somehow changed the default setting for a blank doc to a blue screen.
it was cool at first but i forgot how i did it and cant seem to figure out how to go back to the white screen with black letters.

does this make sense?

Its in the prefs under something like User friendlyness or some thing like that

Hi hkala.

Go to the Word drop down menu, choose Preferences. Select general on the left and uncheck "Blue screen with white letters" on the right.

I used to use the blue screen too -- it made me nostalgic for an old version of WordPerfect I used in college!
