Question before updating to the new iOS

Hi everyone,

I have an Unlocked (Sim Free) iPhone 4 with iOS 4.1 (jailbraked)

I don't want to wait for the untethered jailbreak until it comes out so I decided to update my iPhone to the new iOS through iTunes in the regular way.

Since I assume I won't have access neither to cydia nor to Installous after the upgrade, I would like to know what will happen to all my Apps downloaded with Installous?

(And If they'll be gone, Is there any way to back them up?)
