Yes, they do deliver on Halloween and yes they still stomp on/ kick in your packages before flinging them off from the truck. No exceptions on Halloween.

Depends on the day that Halloween falls on. If it is on October 31 and not on a Sunday, yes they will. If it falls on the 30th then no they will not, no matter what day of the week it is.

My husband is a package car driver for UPS and trust me you don't want to see the women he works with in this outfit.

And yes, UPS is delivering on Halloween.

After a seven year hiatus we Booed our neighborhood. My girls (8 and 6) had a great time. They dressed in all black and had "night vision" goggles on, niinja-like movements through the neighborhood ringing doorbells and leaving yummy treats....
