Question for anyone who has a Jabra BT3030

I just purchased the Jabra BT3030 stereo bluetooth headset and waiting for delivery. I plan on using it primarily in the gym, but also wanted to plug my cassette adapter in the car and bluetooth it via my 3GS. I was wondering if it can still be paired to the phone while charging or does it have to be unplugged? Thanks.
