I just have a quick question about the braided loop band. On Apples website it looks like the band fits lovely and flush where it slides into the watch as pictured below. But if you look at the other photo I’ve posted I’ve seen quite a few photos/videos online that shows a big gap which I personally think looks awful.

Can anyone post pictures of the band they own or let me know how it fits? I don’t know if these are defective bands of it they’re all like that.

Just making my decision what configuration to pick up tonight.

Thanks!

I don't know why/how this would matter, but since the pictures are of different watches, are yours Al or SS?

I'm glad I haven't bought one for my wife yet. That looks like the fitment of a cheap 3rd party band, not something made by Apple.

I had mine for 3 days and did not notice it until I saw the photos posted here.

The width at the end of these bands (44mm) is the virtually the same as the width on traditional 38/40mm bands.

I think because the material is soft and has nothing to attach on to at the sides, that might be why they’re not the typical full width.

It’s been mentioned before the gap is only on the 44mm watches, which if true, may support the above theory.
