I have 2 and 3 full bars for wifi all the time but I think my pages load slightly slower w my new iPad?? Is there a diagnostic test for this? It's mostly facebook on safari that makes it crash. Other sites seem to be fine. I feel like safari always takes a while to load people's pages with the timeline format.

Other people who have had wifi problems:

can you not connect at all?
Does wifi come and go a lot ?

I have a problem with the app it takes forever to load anything.

The app runs slow also for me. I usually have all 9 safari tabs open to different sites, does that slow things down?

Facebook generally loads pretty slow on the app, whether it be on my iPad or my iPhone.

Thanks for reply! Does anyone know if a lot of open tabs effect Internet speed?

I wouldn't think so as the iPad would close them out if it needs more memory, but maybe it gets close to full capacity and doesn't close anything and that's why it gets slow?

Right, it seems as though if I don't have a lot of complex websites open all at the same time, it crashes less. If I only have 1 tab of facebook and other misc sites up that do not have too many photos then safari doesn't crash.

Not sure if this effects safari, it's true w pcs but not sure about macs. Anyone else??
