Back in beta two the lock screen notification changed. When you first get a notification it looks like this just for the first one. Beta one wasn't like this. Am I the only one that thinks apple should put it back to like beta one was ? This looks horrible.

I like the first one, but the new way isn't bad. I am not a beta tester though so I wasn't used to seeing the old one then had it changed on me. At least it is not a ugly blue pop up anymore. I have always hated the notification system in IOS.

i loved the original.Back in beta 1 when i upgraded to beta 2 and i saw this ugly thing i didnt like it!!!But now i prefer it.and is easier to slide

actually the second one, is an extension of the first one...

Notice 2 things. If you have a new notification (when the screen generally wakes up because of it) it shows it the way it does.. And then after the screen goes black it shows it the way it did on beta 1...

My guess is they did that to show you that there is a new notification and it's also a lot easier to slide to open.

I like it so much that I added look-a-like theme to Growl.

it's both. i believe when the notification comes through, it shows up in black and then moves up to the top.

but i stopped after beta 2 so i'm not 100% sure.

yes, it's this.

It's the first image in the thread for the first one, then when you light the screen up again it's the original way as per the 2nd image.
