Can you guys detect your macbooks? macbook pros?

My macbook pro's bluetooth is discoverable, and i can detect my iphone 4 but my iphone 4 cannot detect any devices. It just keeps searching. Does this happen to you guys? Is there something wrong with my iphone 4?
