I just got this case in the mail yesterday, and I noticed that the phone sort of moves around in the plastic casing. Does anyone else experience this? I had a defender case for my iPod Touch 3g and it was really snug - but with case, if i tilt the phone around, I can feel it moving around in there. Not that much, but enough to be noticeable.

Anyone else have this problem? Is this how it's supposed to be or is it supposed to be a tight fit?

EDIT: This is for the iPhone 4, sorry - I should have put it in the title

I had the same issue. I contacted their customer support and received a new one 2 days later and it's much better. Good luck.

I have that problen two but i dont buy in the page of otter i buy in ebay what i have to do ?

Otterbox is going to ask for a picture of the case along with a piece of paper with your name and date on it.

In my case there is no wobble at all. The phone sits firmly situated between both back and front, with no movement front to back or side to side. iPhone 4.

Thanks for the heads up guys. I sent Otterbox an email on Friday but still haven't heard back. I'll give 'em a call on Monday

Both my white am black otterboxes for iPhone 4 fit very snug. Only complaint Is the screen protector gives a rainbow effect.
