Question for those using Iron browser

I've just downloaded Iron and would like to add an Adblock extension like I had with Chrome. Is it the exact same extension for both browsers, or is there some "added-privacy" flavor of it that SRWare uses (since their whole spiel is eliminating the Big-Brother aspects of Chrome)?
