I have a question for those who have mentioned having to make (sometimes numerous) returns/exchanges of their new MacBook Pros: Did you purchase from an actual Apple store or Apple's online store? And was the exchange process a "no hassle" experience?
I've bought my last few Apple computers from Amazon.com because they don't give you any problems with returns and provide excellent service. I figured it would be more difficult to make an exchange with Apple...especially if it involves a cosmetic flaw such as the yellow tint display that is seemingly so prevalent in the new machines.
I'm going to get the 2.4 15" MBP, and am just re-evaluating my purchase options. The closest Apple store is two hours away, so I'd probably order from the online Apple store-if not from Amazon (right now there is a 8-10 day wait).
