So this question is for anyone who is with a carrier that supports either or both (preferable both).

Do you find that you ever lose access to either service randomly and a reboot fixes the issue?

The reason I ask is because my carrier (Rogers) offers both, and I find sometimes neither work until I reboot the device. Rogers is notorious for half-assing things, so I'm not really sure if the issue is on their end or if there is a bug in 9.x. It does seem odd that rebooting my phone will fix it 9/10 times.

If it happens to say AT&T or T-Mobile users then it's more likely an issue with iOS.

Thanks!

also with Rogers, I noticed this after updating to 9.2 with the latest Rogers Carrier 23.1
with 9.1 and the older carrier file it would always start on Rogers WiFi once I entered my house and it gets the WiFi signal. Now when I come home I sometimes have to toggle air plane mode on for 10 seconds then back off, then it will connect to Rogers WiFi calling.
