Hey. I'm looking to enrol with the developer account on iTunes and have been doing some research. I noticed that in the US, you can no longer use 'Doing Business As (DBA)' and that if you're an individual, your real name will appear as the seller name. Is this the same for the UK? Or can Sole Traders use their company name as the 'seller name' as well as the company name?

I believe that is true in the UK too.

The procedure for setting up an LLC in the UK isn't too arduous, so that could be a path you could follow…
