Question for Unsupported Macs - Home.app not recognizing iCloud

Is anyone using the dosdude1 patcher having troubles with Home.app not being able to connect to iCloud? I technically am running a 4,1 Mac Pro that is firmware upgraded to a 5,1 so it's KIND OF supported since I can do a vanilla upgrade from the App Store but I can't seem to get Home to show me any controls.

Just doing a little research and wondering if people on truly unsupported system identifiers are able to get their Home controls in case there's some sort of hardware validation that's blocking it.

Just did some more testing... I think I'm running into a permissions issue. I created a new user on the same computer and logged into iCloud there where Home works properly. Now to hunt down why I'm having this issue.

So, I guess I'm just curious if ANYONE else is dealing with this, not just unsupported Macs.
