Hello everyone.

I am fairly new to Macs (bought MBP last October). An acquaintance of mine is wanting to sell his aluminum 15" powerbook for VERY cheap to me. Before buying, however, I want to do diagnostic tests to make sure everything is running okay. If you guys could, tell me a list of things that I should perform when testing the computer before I purchase it. i.e. any endogenous disk utility things that I should run that tests everything to make sure it's in tip top shape. So, what would all of you guys recommend that I do knowing that I will be purchasing a used powerbook???

Thank you in advance.

Brian
