Question from a first time jailbreaker

So im thinking about jailbreaking my iphone but have a question about the payment process. From what I ve read you buy apps from cydia through paypal, I hope i have that correct. My wife also has an iphone and my question is if i buy something on my iphone, can she install it also on hers if its jailbroken if we use the same paypal account?

I only plan on getting the mywi app and maybe a couple others, nothing to complicated. Mainly i want to be able to use the mywi to get internet to my wifi only ipad on the go.

You pay using paypal or Amazon but your apps are linked to an "Account ID" that can be your Google ID or your facebook ID, with this 'Account iD" most app let you install the app on multiple phones you own using the same ID (Some app don't let you do that, it is up to the developer and no Cydia store)
