Can anyone tell me if there is a significant difference in the text sizing of a 13" Macbook Pro Retina vs the standard 13" MBP? I have the standard right now and already find the text to be pretty small. I want to upgrade but concerned it will be difficult to read. I'm a screen noob so forgive the dumb question. Thanks all!

By default it will be the same size, just much clearer thanks to the retina display. There are several settings so you can pick a size that's best for you.

^ that's from a 15", but similar options for a 13"

Physical text size (as in actual text size on screen in physical measurement, not in pixels) is the same as the standard 13" MBP. But since texts are displayed with 4 times the pixel count, they appear more like very fine print. Think magazine/paper with a backlight.
