Here's my situation and it may be a dumb question, but I had an iphone that was lost, it contained many photos I had taken. Many of them had been associated with contacts.

Well, I was surprised when I got my new phone and synced it, that all the photos from the old phone that had been added to a contact, were there with my contacts on the new phone. However, the actual photos themselves weren't in the camera roll. And I can't find them anywhere else, though obviously they must be somewhere to have re-synced to a new phone.

I can't find them on itunes, can't find them on yahoo (which is where I sync contacts). But obviously, a copy of this photo is somewhere. I need to get a copy of one of the actual photos that is currently only showing up with a contact. Anyone have an idea how I can do that?

Thanks.
