Can anyone answer me this:


1. How long will it take for ATT to put the status back to upgrade.
2. Will Apple ATT order allow me to keep my grandfathered data plan.
3. Will the shipping of the 64gb 6+ be before October 13?

In the mess that the ATT site is in, it may take a day or two, even a week. According to the ATT site you can not cancel. You would need to wait for hours on the phone to talk to someone.

More than likely, your phone could get shipped and you would have to decline delivery and wait for them to credit your account.
 
It is possible to cancel and have your upgrade immediately returned to your account, but it will take a while on the phone.

I did it this morning. The store said it has to be done over the phone. I waited on hold 20 minutes and was told it wasn't the right department, but she took pity and did it anyway. The upgrade re-appeared immediately, and I ordered on Apple to get the 9/19 arrival date.
