Hi I have went to the apple store and replaced 1 oem earphone with no charge with the 1 year warranty. It had a very low volume problem and now the new earphone is having the same problem... Do you think Apple will replace it for me for free again?

Why wouldn't they? You're still under warranty and it's the same problem.

They are the cheapest headphones around and probably cost them about $1.25 to make... if that. I'm sure they'd replace them even out of warranty, to keep you happy.

That being said... I'd consider getting decent headphones to better enjoy your music.

I use Sony earbuds that cost me about ~$25ish and I love them. Better sound and durability than the standard Apple buds. The thing that really turns me off from the Apple ones is that the rubber around the earphone comes off quite easily and it makes them uncomfortable to use. :(
