Question..iPhone internet server stopped working.

I have been having problems with me phone for the past 2 days & I am trying to fix it. I am trying to connect to the internet using 3G. I am getting a problem saying:

Cannot Open Page
Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding.

I know I get 3G here. I have been ever since I have moved and it is working for my wife right now. So any idea what could I do to fix it.
