Question | iPhone to iPad Games

I was wondering if I can play the same games I played in the iPhone exactly from the moment I stopped them, in the iPad.
I mean, is there any way to sync to the iPad a game ( fully compatible with iPad of course ) with all the game savings and data and levels as they where in the iPhone? Am I just need to sync the game in the iTunes or I should do something else so it will happen (special option or Preferences or something like that)?
And can I do this backwards after that ( like keep playing in the iPad and sync the game with the new levels back to the iPhone)?

Nope. Not unless the developer spent time writing such a thing into the game. But i don't know of any games that do that.
