Just got my MBP i7 week ago with 4 GB ram,
anybody know if i can changeram to 8GB, will I need to pay full price(600$) or only the same price when you configure ur MBP before buying it(360$).??

Best and cheapest way to upgrade RAM would be do it yourself. Check newegg or amazon for some good deals.
