Question on anti glare screen protector

Anyone uses an anti glare screen protector on their glossy display and what do they think of it? and how different is it compare to the anti glare screen? Thanks in advance

All of them add a sparkle effect to your screen. Whether that's a lesser evil than the glare is a matter of personal taste. I absolutely do not believe people who say that the antiglare protectors do not add glare. I've yet to see one.
