Question on Apple Mail App

My wife and I recently purchased a new MacBook. When I am logged in under my user ID I have no problems with the Mail App, but my wife does. When she is ready to log off the computer she will go to | Apple | Log Out "Name" | and then nothing happens. Eventually she needs to go | Apple | Force Quit | and then Force Quit Mail. The computer then immediately logs her off.

Any idea how to fix this other than deleting her user ID and creating a new one?

There's only one user on my computer, and mine does the same thing. Do you have any addons or plugins in Mail.app? I have the most recent Growl Mail, not sure if thats causing my problem.

mine does this too. and it also quite often doesn't open a new message (or reply) when asked.

Thanks for the post. We do not have any addons or plugins. If I don't get any other responses, I will probably just try to re-create her as a new user.
