Question on AppleCare Shipping

I ordered replacement OS X install discs last Wednesday through AppleCare. I asked the guy when they would come and he said by Friday, or Monday by the latest, and it's Tuesday and they haven't come. My question, how long does it take for discs to come and how do they ship? USPS? DHL?

1) they will arrive when they arrive
2) probably DHL

Shipping really depends one where they are being sent and how busy they are.
