So, I bought a new MacBook Pro 13 Inch 1TB model for $1999, I didn't have enough to buy AC at the time, but I was checking online for the AC coverage, put in my serial number, says device is not eligible, but I bought it on April 6th, they sent it to me within 2 hours via a courier, any idea why this could be? Is it because I forgot to sign in when I bought it? I have the order number, email, everything, so when I go into my local Apple Store at the beginning of May, should I have a problem?

Thanks.

Edit: I bought it off Apple.com, not from like Best Buy or some other retailer, I plan on going in with the box the MacBook came in. Is there anything I should also bring in? Besides the MacBook?

Just give them a call or live chat and it will most likely be sorted. My AirPods Pro (Amazon) were not eligible for AppleCare either after I bought them, but a quick live chat solved the issue. In my case it was because Amazon was technically the purchaser but in your case, I’m not sure, perhaps just a buggy backend.

Thanks, I'll either call or chat with them and see what the issue might be, like I said I bought it on April 6th 2021 from Apple.com, if I had the $269 + Tax, I would have done it then.
