Question on AT&T pre-order

I preordered an iPhone 5 through AT&T store on the 14th afternoon. My order is showing as 'Processing' on AT&T site. Until yesterday my credit card had a pending transaction for the iPhone order, but today it is not there (it is not there in confirmed transactions too). The equivalent credit is now added to my available credit.

Is this normal? I called up AT&T today and they told my order is back-ordered.
